exclusive leasing agents for Algona I & II and represented
ING Clarion, the landlord in this transaction. This is the
second transaction in two months at Algona II, bringing the
266,104 SF building to 100% occupied.  Pioneer Human
Services signed a lease for 64,500 SF in December.

The AmSafe deal brings the 5 building, 402,000 SF industrial park to 100% occupied.
