
The Andover Company in July 2003 where he has enjoyed career best years in 2004 and 2006. In 2006
Brian finished as one of The Andover Company's top two producers. Prior to joining The Andover
Company, Brian was at Colliers International for almost 6 years, where he rose to the position of Vice
President. Brian had career best years at Colliers in 1999 and 2000 and in 2001 finished the year as
one of Colliers top 20 producers. Before Colliers International, Brian was with the Grubb & Ellis
Company, where he won the 1996 “Excellence in Customer Service” Award and was also selected as
Rookie of the Year. Previously, he was a national customer care expert with AT&T Wireless, Seattle.
Brian played professional Ice Hockey in North America and Europe from 1992 - 1995.
Recent Highlights
- RREEF/Calwest Industrial Holdings with the marketing of six Kent Valley Industrial Parks,
totaling over 1.3 Million square feet, including Southcenter West Business Park, Kent West, West
Valley Business Park, Millcreek Distribution Center, Kent West Corporate Park, Riverbend
Commerce Center and Valley Freeway Business Center. Since taking over the account in 2002,
Brian has worked to bring the overall occupancy level up to 100%.
- Represents Property Reserve Inc. (since 1996) to exclusively market for lease Landing Center at
Van Doren’s Landing in Kent, Washington (six class A flex buildings totaling approximately
345,000 square feet). Since 1999, Brian completed leases totaling over 300,000 square feet.
- Selected as the exclusive leasing agent for ING Clarion/LIT Industrial to lease Algona I & II
Distribution Center, a two building project totaling 467,000 square feet in Algona, Washington.
- Represented ING/Pannattoni for the new 400,000 square foot Auburn North Development in
Auburn, WA. ANDC was completed in July 2006 and was 100% pre-leased to Corporate Express
(188,000 square feet) and Salmon Terminals (209,000 square feet).
- Selected as the cooperating broker to Secured Capital with the disposition of Algona Distribution
Center I & II, a two building project totaling 467,000 square feet. This property was part of the
Calwest Industrial Properties portfolio sale that consisted of over 8 million square feet of
industrial properties in five states. The portfolio was purchased by ING Clarion for more than
$460 million dollars in April of 2005.
- Represented Intracorp for the leasing and disposition of Intracorp Industrial Center in Fife,
Washington, a new 20 acre development, a three building project totaling approximately 333,800
square feet. All three buildings were leased and sold in 2001 for over $14,300,000.
Education
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with an emphasis on Business Management from
The Colorado College, Colorado Springs, CO. He was recently awarded the CCIM designation.
